How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
What if my event is outdoors?
Outdoor installations are possible but weather-sensitive. We use high-quality balloons and anchoring, but wind, sun, and rain can affect performance.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes! We offer full delivery, installation, and teardown services for balloon décor within a 25-mile radius.
